Salt Lake City, Utah – Retirement used to mean days on the golf course and leisure time in the sun, a well-deserved reward for years of hard work. But more and more older Americans are working well into their 60s, 70s and 80s, either because they don't want to let go of their work identities or because, simply put, they need the cash. Friday, guest host Jennifer Napier-Pearce explores the changing face of retirement and what an extended work life means for individuals, families and society.
