Salt Lake City, UT – This week members of the press paused to remember one of their own: Pulitzer Prize-winning author and journalist David Halberstam, who died in car crash in Menlo Park, Calif. While he filed ground-breaking reports of Vietnam and the civil rights movement, Halberstam wrote about many of the great changes in American life by writing about sports.
