Salt Lake City, UT – There are few animals that kill their own - the most notable exception being apes and humans. In fact, humans often intend to kill. So what makes us different? The Harvard anthropologist Richard Wrangham studies chimpanzee behavior and he says killing is in the nature of both species. But biology isn't enough to explain war, weaponry, tactics and deceit. Wrangham is coming to Utah this week, and Monday he joins us to talk about our killer instincts.
