We're joined by Kim Burningham, Director of the Utah State Board of Education, and Peggy Cain of the School of Education at Westminster College. They are critics of proposed voucher systems and argue that such plans deplete public schools of crucial funding, support religious education with tax dollars and create a two-tiered education system. We'll talk about their concerns, and take your calls.
