Salt Lake City, Utah – Earlier this year, North Korea walked away from six-nation nuclear talks vowing never to return to the table. They also conducted a nuclear test in defiance of the United Nations Security Council. We spoke with the scholar BR Myers about the history and political culture of the nation.
