Salt Lake City, Utah – Imagine you can't take in the world with your eyes. This isn't blindness, but an inability of the mind to interpret what you see. When neurologist Oliver Sacks developed an ocular tumor, he could see people, but they appeared distorted and elongated with puffy faces. His experiences are part of his latest book called "The Mind's Eye," which explores stories of people who have lost crucial elements of their senses. Monday, Sacks joins us to talk about how the human brain perceives the world.
