By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City, Utah – The journalist Paul Greenberg joins Doug to talk about his acclaimed book, "Four Fish." It's Greenberg's troubling assessment of the ocean's ecosystem and the forces that bring fish to our tables. The book explores the effects of overfishing and fish farming, but it's more than just a guide to the kinds of fish you can eat responsibly. It's a history of our relationship with the ocean and the stakes for the last wild food. (Rebroadcast)
