That’s according to <a href="http://www.utahchildren.org/kids-count">recently released data</a> on child well-being in the state.</p><p>The data comes from <a href="http://www.aecf.org/MajorInitiatives/KIDSCOUNT.aspx">KIDS COUNT,</a> a project of the Annie E. Casey Foundation.
