The Fallout From Initiative One, After the anti-nuclear waste initiative failed at the polls, Envriocare, the company which potentially would have been affected by Initiative One launched a defamation lawsuit against Cindy King, a vocal proponent of the failed bill and a Sierra Club member. Now other proponents of the bill are scared they are next on Enivriocare's litigation list. Special guest, Judy Fahys, reporter for the Salt Lake Tribune.

Inmates in Utah jails die at a higher rate than any state in the country. Just as concerning as the numbers is the secrecy. Utah’s jail standards, the rules by which they operate, are not available to the public. KUER's Whittney Evans has been looking into this for the past few months.
